Capacity Infrastructure Services Limited, is a Council Controlled Trading Organisation (CCTO), owned by Wellington City Council and Hutt City Council. Upper Hutt City Council is also a client of ours.
What We Provide
We provide water, wastewater and stormwater management services to its clients and currently manages more than 5,086km of pipes, 121 reservoirs and 175 pump stations for them.
What We Do
We partner with the community, engineering consultants and contractors on water services projects, water conservation, operations work and asset planning.
